Easy Contact is a simple contact form that utilizes the <a href="http://www.plaintxt.org/themes/sandbox/" title="Sandbox theme for WordPress" rel="nofollow ugc">Sandbox</a> design patterns to create a highly semantic, XHTML-based contact form you can insert using <code>[easy-contact]</code> on any page or post.
Easy Contact features spam-reduction measures, GUI-based customization, carbon copying option, and more. Emails include tracked referrer information, including keywords for search-based landings, user agent, and IP.
Easy Contact is for WordPress 2.6.x and features:

Based partially on the classic <a href="https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-contact-form/" title="WP Contact Form for WordPress" rel="ugc">WP Contact Form</a>, Easy Contact includes newer WordPress features (e.g., shortcode) and greatly improved form security. Easy Contact is just another contact form, except built with clean XHTML and improved security.
<h3>Use</h3>
After activating this plugin, simply use the shortcode <code>[easy-contact]</code> wherever you want the Easy Contact form. This shortcode takes no attributes.

You will also want to customize the Easy Contact plugin from the Settings > Contact options menu. Here you can set the email address to receive submissions, text for legends, labels, and prompts, turn on spam reduction measure(s), etc.
Included with Easy Contact is a example style sheet file with images. Easy Contact features dynamic classes, so when an input field is returned to the user for an error-related issue, the input is given the class <code>error</code>, etc.
If you are using the Sandbox or a Sandbox-based theme template, you probably won’t need much (if any) CSS customization, as Easy Contact shares the same design patterns as the Sandbox comment form.
And so on. A very simple plugin.

You are using the Contact Forms 7 Plugin and are angy about the none HTML 5 Support? 
No Problem. With this Plugin u will have the normal Datepicker & Number Spinner from jQuery in your Internet Explorers and other none HTML5 browsers.

Still works on actual WP 4.7.3. but the need to hack the date format in plugin it self makes it bit awkward.
