WordPress Multisite (3.0+) already comes with theme and plugin editor enabled by default. This plugin is available for reference only.
Allows to enable theme and plugin editor for site administrator in WordPress MU. 
Requires Site Admin capabilities, not just blog administrator.

Allows to enable theme and plugin editor for site administrator in WordPress MU.

My Settings allows you to change default settings and change display of your site content.
Features include:

you can change default email settings of wordpress like sender name and from email.

you can add custom login url and change redirect url after login and logout.

you can hide plugin and theme editor from sub menu so that no one can change and see your theme and plugin files from admin.
