Engage Agent is a flexible WordPress plugin that can render as an AI chat widget, a contact form, a waitlist signup, a newsletter opt-in, or a fully custom form — all from a single shortcode (or Gutenberg block). Every interaction feeds directly into the EmpireVault CRM with full attribution, so your team never has to export CSVs or wire up integrations.

<h3>External Service</h3>
This plugin connects to the Engage API at <code>engage.empirevault.com</code> (or a custom endpoint you configure) to provide AI chat responses and process form submissions.
When a visitor interacts with the plugin, the following data may be transmitted to the Engage service:

<li>A customer ID (configured by the site administrator)</li>
<li>A randomly generated session ID</li>
<li>The visitor’s chat message or form submission</li>
<li>The URL of the current page</li>
</ul>
If a visitor voluntarily provides contact information, the following may also be transmitted:

<li>Name (if provided)</li>
<li>Email address (if provided)</li>
<li>Phone number (if provided)</li>
</ul>
No data is sent to the external service without active visitor interaction. No tracking, analytics, or telemetry data is collected or transmitted.

Third-Party Service:
This plugin relies on <a href="https://www.viotrade.co.uk" rel="nofollow ugc">VioTrade</a>, an external service provided by Vioscale Technologies Ltd, to deliver its functionality. The plugin communicates with VioTrade in the following ways:

<li>The lead capture form is loaded from <code>https://www.viotrade.co.uk/embed/lead-form.js</code> and rendered on your site using Shadow DOM.</li>
<li>When a visitor submits the form (or when a Contact Form 7 / WPForms submission is forwarded), the data is sent to <code>https://www.viotrade.co.uk/api/leads/submit</code>.</li>
<li>Data transmitted includes: visitor name, email, phone number, service/subject, and message.</li>
</ul>
No data is collected or transmitted until a visitor actively submits a form. No cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts are added to your site.
