Email Marketing for WooCommerce by Omnisend

Hello, the plugin is great but the support issues take more than 2-3 weeks to get response.

I repeat, the plugin is great but you need to work more with the support forums if you wanted to get more users in WordPress and WooCommerce to use your plugin. At the time of writing this review I see threads with more than one months without any answer.

Here it took 3 hours! That is just the biggest leap for me as mailchimp would randomly disconnect the store or cancel automations without notice (multiple accounts).
