– make the telephone number field required 
– add required fields for the postal address (street and house number, postal code, city)

This plug-in allows you to enable a “form-chat” feature and allows you to have a text conversation with those who are filling out a form. This function is DISABLED by default and will only appear if you enable it under [RegisterONE > Forms > Settings > Form Chat].
