<p>This plugin automatically generates and inserts a table of contents (ToC) to your pages and posts, based on tags h1-h6. Whenever the plugin discovers more than a certain amount of headings (default: 3) the ToC is inserted at the top of the page. This plugin also can handle posts that are divided into pages by the nextpage-wordpress-tag. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome.</p>

Extended Table of Contents (with nextpage support)

This plugin automatically generates and inserts a table of contents (ToC) to your pages and posts, based on tags h1-h6. It can deal with nextpage-tag.

<p>This plugin display a table of contents at “Read More” block in your post. It is automatically created from the post headings (H2, H3).</p>
<p>This plugin does not have any javascript features such as smooth scrolling or folding. So if you mind about page speed or plugins confliction, you will love this.</p>
<p>You can set 2 settings each post.</p>
<ul>
<li>Display the table of contents (defalut = OFF)</li>
<li>Heading levels included in the table of contents (default = H2 only, or H2 + H3)</li>

<h4>Notice</h4>
<ul>
<li>This plugin works if you use H2 ( and H3 and lesser ) headings in your posts.</li>
<li>Headings hierarchy must be preserved. For example, H3 not after H2 does not appear in the table of contents.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Edit Appearance</h3>
<p>To edit the appearance of the table of contents, write CSS. You can use “Customize > Additional CSS” or theme style sheets.</p>

<p>Turn the box background a pale blue :</p>
