<p>This plugin connects to the UltraMsg API to send WhatsApp messages to customers when their WooCommerce order status changes. UltraMsg is a third-party WhatsApp messaging gateway.</p>

<li><strong>What data is sent:</strong> The customer’s phone number (from the WooCommerce billing information) and the message text (generated from user-configured templates containing order details such as order ID, customer name, and order total).</li>
<li><strong>When data is sent:</strong> Each time a WooCommerce order status changes to processing, shipped, completed, or cancelled — provided that the store administrator has configured the UltraMsg API credentials and a message template for that status.</li>
