Nachdem du das Plugin installiert hast, gehst du unter Einstellung -> Feed Plus 
Hier kannst du nun ein Text vor oder nach dem Blogbeitrag platzieren . 
Sobald du einen Text eingegeben hast (ACHTUNG: Nur HTML Code kein PHP) – musst du es sichern. 
Klick auf Voreinstellung – wenn du ein Beispiel haben willst.

very nice tools

Tried several notification bar plugins and ended up using this plugin. 

Just a request - it would be great if you could add an option to exclude notification bar from specific posts/pages. (It doesn't make sense to show the bar where I'm sending the visitors to)
