How does the Firmafy plugin work?

<li>Create a template with Firmafy with the document you need to have signed.</li>
<li>Create a form with Contact Form or Gravity Form and publish it on your website. And ready to work!</li>

Once your client fills out the form, a document will be generated with their data on it. That document will arrive ready to be signed straight away to their email.
The signature process will start as soon as your client clics on the email link.
Both of you will receive an email with the signed document copy. That signature will have a full legal validity.

Use with WooCommerce
You can also use Firmafy with WooCommerce. You can create a template with Firmafy and connect it with a order in your WooCommerce.
When your client buys that product, the document will be generated with the data of the purchase and it will be sent to your client to be signed.

Firmafy supports WooCommerce Subscriptions. That means that the signature will be sent only in the first order of the subscription.
Firmafy use examples:
Does you client need to sign a direct debit document? You can create a direct debit template with Firmafy and getting it signed automatically in your WordPress, without doing anything.

This plugin adds user signature support to bbPress 2.0 and above. Currently support have been added for BuddyPress installations as well which have site wide forums enabled.
Currently, users are supported with:
<ol>
<li>Maximum length of 500 charactors in the user edit page for the signature.</li>
<li>User signature for topics and replies.</li>
</ol>
If you’d like to add bbcodes support to the user signature, you might want to install <a href="https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress-bbcode/" rel="ugc">bbPress2 BBCode</a> plugin. Output from bbcode plugin is in screenshot 3. 
Note: Requires the <a href="https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bbpress/" rel="ugc">bbPress plugin</a> to be installed.
