Gallery plugins historically have been annoying for me to use, and block-based ones, especially so. But FolioBlocks was fun to use. I love that so many different types of galleries can be chosen (masonry, grid, etc), it has the option to use its built-in lightbox, and just the simplicity of it all was sweet. And responsive on top of it! I'm definitely a fan now.
