<p>Send <a href="https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/" title="Contact Form 7" rel="ugc">Contact Form 7</a>, <a href="http://www.gravityforms.com/" title="Gravity Forms" rel="nofollow ugc">Gravity Forms</a>, or <a href="http://ninjaforms.com/" title="Ninja Forms" rel="nofollow ugc">Ninja Forms</a> Submissions to a 3rd-party Service, like a CRM.  Multiple configurable services, custom field mapping.  Provides hooks and filters for pre/post processing of results.  Allows you to send separate emails, or attach additional results to existing emails.  Comes with a couple examples of hooks for common CRMs (listrak, mailchimp, salesforce).  Check out the FAQ section for add-on plugins that extend this functionality, like sending XML/SOAP posts, setting headers, and dynamic fields.</p>
<p>The plugin essentially makes a remote request (POST) to a service URL, passing along remapped form submission values.</p>

Forms: 3rd-Party Integration

I've used this plugin on several occasions to tie both CF7 and Gravity Form implementations with LassoCRM among several other services that don't have an official integration.

Definitely a must-have w/ CF7 or GravityForms

<h4>Thank you Page Feature</h4>
<p>When a contact form is set to use the Thank You Page and the user submits the form,  it will send the Contact Form 7 email as usual, then redirect the user to the Thank You Page. This Thank You Page is not an actual “page” on your site, this means that form specific data can be shown on this page and it won’t be shown to any other users or indexed by search engines. The Pro version of this plugin allows you to show user specific data on the Thank You Page.</p>
<h4>URL Redirect Feature</h4>
<p>When a contact form is set to redirect to a URL and the user submits the form it will send the Contact Form 7 email as usual, then redirect the user to the URL specified.</p>

This plugin works good. I've been using it on my own site. I couldn't find any other similar plugin that had a thank you page feature.
