Freedom Podcasting turns any WordPress site into a fully functional podcast publisher.

<h3>External Services</h3>
This plugin can optionally connect to the FreedomPodcasting API to upload and host podcast audio. This feature is entirely optional and is only active after you explicitly authorise the connection from the Settings page.
When connected, the following data is transmitted to FreedomPodcasting servers (https://api.freedompodcasting.com):

<li>Podcast show metadata (title, description, author, artwork URL)</li>
<li>Audio file uploads</li>
</ul>
No data is sent until you connect your site. You can disconnect at any time from Settings > Freedom Podcasting, which immediately revokes the access token.

UpCast allows you to customise and filter the display of podcast lists in posts, 
pages, and a sidebar widget. It handles images and thumbnails and other standard 
podcast fields. It also allows custom templates using shortcodes and HTML. For 
podcasts hosted on upcast.me it can filter by file attachments, show future items 
instead of past items, and identify the source of clicks for analytics.

Use WordPress administration to set UpCast defaults, or just add the UpCast widget to a sidebar.
