You can download a single file of all your theme options & widgets and import them later on. Requires <a href="http://gantry-framework.org" rel="nofollow ugc">Gantry Template Framework</a>.
Please note, this plugin only exports Gantry’s options, overrides, and widgets. To export posts, pages, menus, etc, use the WordPress’ export option (Tools -> Export) and import them (Tools -> Import) first, then use this plugin.
