<h3>Quick Guide</h3>
<h4>Creating a link to allow visitors to edit their’s cookie settings</h4>
<p>First, tick checkbox “Enable privacy settings modal triggering” on plugin’s settings page. Then go to the page where you want to place a link (it can be pages, posts, widgets, etc.), open text editor and create a link with class “gdpr-tools-trigger-privacy-modal”. Pressing this link will open user’s data modal window.</p>

<h4>Creating a link to allow visitors to remove their data</h4>
<p>First, tick checkbox “Enable user profile data removal” on plugin’s settings page. Then create a page with successfull data removal text and give it some slug, i.e. “site.com/remove-my-user-data”. Then append string “?gdprt-remove-user-info” to this link. Result link url will be “site.com/remove-my-user-data?gdprt-remove-user-info”. Insert this link to any place of your site. Pressing this link will erase user’s data.</p>

<h4>Remove user data from admin panel</h4>
<p>First, tick checkbox “Enable user profile data removal” on plugin’s settings page. Then go to user profile page and search for section “GDPR Tools”, where you will find button “Remove user info”. Pressing this button will erase user’s data.</p>
<h4>View user privacy settings in admin panel</h4>
<p>You can setup or adjust (in PRO version only) user privacy settings or show/hide consent notice by checking or un-checking option “GDPR consent accepted”</p>

This Version uses 3.1.0 from osano as basis, but it has a lot modifications to the original source code. It is optimized for performance and for a low database impact.</p>
<h4>NOTE: Using this plugin alone does not make your site automatically compliant. As each website and country is different you must make sure you have the right configurations in place. Google tag manager can help you with that for free.</h4>

Months ago it was working fine. Just showing banner with some info but now after updates it is not even showing the banner and settings were reset.  Don't install this, just code your own banner - that's better solution.
