<li>Visit the WooCommerce settings page, and click on the Checkout/Payment Gateways tab.</li>
<li>Click on Razorpay to edit the settings. If you do not see Razorpay in the list at the top of the screen make sure you have activated the plugin in the WordPress Plugin Manager.</li>
<li>Enable the Payment Method, name it Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking (this will show up on the payment page your customer sees), add in your Key id and Key Secret.</li>
<li>The Payment Action should be set to “Authorize and Capture”. If you want to capture payments manually from the Dashboard after manual verification, set it to “Authorize”.</li>

Razorpay for WooCommerce


Really pathetic. Updating plugin to 4.5.4 crashed the website. We've been facing a lot of issues with the Razorpay Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin already because of sloppy and not well-thought after development. Faced bad support experience when trying to resolve that for over 1 month. And now this. Note to Razorpay management: Guys hire at least 1 full-time experienced WordPress developer. One person should be enough to maintain your WordPress plugins.


4.5.4 Crashed the Site


This plugin has caused severe performance issues on my website, drastically slowing down load times. What’s even worse is that I reported this problem to the support team multiple times and received absolutely no response. It’s clear that they either can’t be bothered to address critical issues or simply don’t care about user experience.



If you value your website’s performance and need responsive support, do not install this plugin. It’s shocking that something like this is even allowed to stay on the WordPress repository. I wasted my time, and I strongly urge others to avoid making the same mistake.
