We understand the potential reputational risk of replacing what already works. That’s why we’ve built a complementary delivery option that runs alongside a retailer’s existing delivery service.

Our Gobuddy plugin will first check for a Gobuddy Transporter, if none is found for the specific delivery then the delivery will automatically be redirected to the retailers’ usual WooCommerce integrated delivery option.

We utilise the tracking and shipment data of the complementary delivery options to give retailers a full picture of all of their delivery data for their company, regardless of who the delivery partner was.

<li>Purpose: WooCommerce order data (including order status, customer details, and delivery information) is securely transmitted and stored on Gobuddy’s external server to facilitate advanced delivery management features and order fulfillment processes.</li>
<li>Data Stored: WooCommerce Order IDs, order status, customer name, delivery address, contact information, and delivery notes.</li>
<li>Privacy & Terms: Data storage and handling are governed by <a href="https://gobuddy.net/privacy-policy/" rel="nofollow ugc">Gobuddy’s Privacy Policy</a> and <a href="https://gobuddy.net/transporter-terms-conditions/" rel="nofollow ugc">Gobuddy’s Transporter Terms & Conditions</a>.</li>
<li>User Consent (Responsibility of Plugin User): It is critical that plugin users (website owners) clearly disclose this external data storage to their customers in their privacy policy and obtain all necessary consents as required by applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Continued use of this plugin implies consent to this data transfer and storage.</li>
<li>Configuration: This data transfer is a core function of the plugin and is enabled by default upon activation and configuration of the Gobuddy integration.</li>

<h3>3. Tradesafe Payment Gateway API</h3>

<h3>External services</h3>
This plugin relies on a third-party service operated by Svelta Ltd (https://www.svelta.io), accessed through its API at https://api.svelta.io. Svelta is the delivery platform that powers your easyCourier account, and every connection, settings change, pickup-location update, and order action performed through this plugin sends data to Svelta. The service is required for the plugin to function — without it, deliveries cannot be created, waybills cannot be printed, and delivery status cannot be tracked.
Data sent and when
<ul>
<li>Store connection: when you click Connect, your site URL and a return URL pointing back to your WordPress admin are sent to the Svelta API to initiate the connection flow. The browser is then redirected to the Svelta Portal (https://portal.svelta.io) where you complete account setup. On return, a one-time flow token is exchanged server-to-server for your API credentials.</li>
<li>Store disconnection: when you click Disconnect (or deactivate the plugin while connected), your site URL is sent so the integration is removed from your easyCourier account.</li>
<li>Settings sync: when you save plugin settings, your site URL and chosen options are sent — order creation mode, trigger order status, delivery type, default package size, single-package flag, and auto-complete flag.</li>
<li>Pickup locations: when you add, edit, or remove a pickup location, its name, street, number, postcode, country, and optional building/floor/flat details are sent. For locations in Greece the geocoded latitude and longitude are also sent. Address autocomplete sends the typed search text or postcode only; for Greek locations a follow-up call sends the identifier of the suggestion you pick to retrieve its full address.</li>
<li>Creating a delivery: when an order is dispatched to the courier, the order ID, customer note, billing phone, the full shipping details (first name, last name, company, address lines, postcode, phone), line items (id, name, quantity), the selected pickup location, and the order’s meta data are sent.</li>
<li>Printing a waybill / label: the tracking IDs returned when the delivery was created are sent so a waybill/label PDF can be generated and downloaded.</li>
<li>Tracking status: the order ID is sent to retrieve the current delivery status displayed on the order page.</li>
<li>Cancelling a delivery: the tracking ID is sent to cancel a pickup.</li>
<li>Pickup slots: the pickup store ID is sent to retrieve the available time slots shown on the order page.</li>
<li>Available delivery types: the pickup postcode, customer postcode, country, selected pickup time, and chosen package sizes are sent to retrieve the delivery options and prices available for that route.</li>
<li>Reference data (delivery types and package sizes): when the Settings page or the manual-delivery dialog loads, the plugin requests the list of delivery-type presets and package-size presets so the dropdowns can be populated. These requests carry only your API key — no order, customer, or store data is sent.</li>
