Google for WooCommerce

This plugins is laking features which make it useless in most instances. For one there is no way to map or use GTIN/MPN numbers from Woocommerce, no guidance on what fields to use for that, and most products will be invalidated by merchant center without that. Also, there is no way to setup local inventory feed, no mention of it, and again no information on how to proceed so another Feed plugin is needed just for that, which at that point begs the questions why have two plugins installed? The only real use of this plugin is that you can sort of manage ads from the plugin, but again there are a lot of tasks that can't be done so still need to login to Google Ads.  I have found in the 2 installations I tried to use it I had to uninstall it and go back to feed plugins that mapped GTIN to either SKU or a GTIN field and did local inventory feeds.

Sorely Lacking Features


It may take you some time to set everyting up, but automatic updates of your products worth it. And looks like the plugin support does its job well.



I am a bit concerned about no activity indicator and no opportunity to choose product categories + it would be nice to have an opportunity to set title and description attributes to other fields (e.g. custom fields). That would be great!


Useful, usable, takes time


If you have a Google Merchant Center account with multiple websites in it, sub-accounts, this plugin does not work.  It makes you connect your email for your Google Account, then only provides an option to create a new single account, even though we already have everything set up as a sub-account under a parent account.



It should just let you connect the parent account, then select which sub-account you want to use, just like every Google Analytics plugin has, but it doesn't have it.



When will this be supported?  This is useless for us otherwise.


Does Not Work with Advanced Google Merchant Acct (Multi Website Sub accounts)


This worked great for a few months but I just checked my merchant account to see this is no longer pushing over products. I have 1 active product and 43 unsynced ones for no reason I can determine. No errors on either end; it's just no longer working.

Ok. So I have to make an account first at Wordpress.com ? Too many steps. I just wanted to connect my WordPress site to Google ads, not create yet another account somewhere. Just for login in to Google I have to write password + get sms with a code and write that also. I'm not going to create yet another account somewhere. Too much work for too little.

not sure how people are 1 staring lol it was close to the easiest set up ever in moments i had my products on google for free ... the free side worked so well for me ( 5 sales 2nd day all google referral clicks ) i paid in to a campaign just to see how much more of a diff it makes . thanks devs
