<h4>Option 1: All Data in One Spreadsheet (Tabs Based)</h4>

➜ Create a new spreadsheet or open an existing one.</p>

➜ Select your <strong>Google Spreadsheet Name</strong> from the dropdown.</p>

➜ Scroll to <strong>Google Sheets / Tab Name</strong> section.<br />
➜ Enable the toggle for the tabs you want to create:</p>

➜ Choose the header group:</p>

➜ Enable the fields you want to include (e.g. Post Title, Post Date, Status, Author).<br />

➜ Enter a <strong>Feed Name</strong>.<br />

➜ Click <strong>Submit Data</strong> after selecting headers.<br />
➜ The plugin will create an <strong>individual sheet (tab)</strong> inside the selected spreadsheet.<br />
➜ Each feed maintains its own separate sheet for better data organization.</p>

<p><strong>Step 4: Manage Feeds</strong><br />
➜ View all feeds under <strong>Feed Settings</strong>.<br />
➜ Enable or disable feeds using the status toggle.<br />
➜ Edit or delete feeds anytime as needed.</p>

<h3>External Services</h3>
<p>GSheetConnector for Core Lite relies on Google APIs to connect WordPress with Google Sheets.<br />
These services are required for authentication and for creating, reading, and updating spreadsheets<br />
based on WordPress core data (Posts, Pages, Users, and Comments).</p>
<p>This plugin does NOT send any data to the plugin author’s servers.</p>
<h4>1. Google Sheets API</h4>
<p>• Service: Google Sheets API (Google LLC)<br />
• Purpose:<br />
Used to create spreadsheets, create sheet tabs, write WordPress data into sheets,<br />
and read existing spreadsheet information.<br />
• Data Sent:<br />
Spreadsheet structure and content based on the administrator’s selected WordPress data.<br />
• When Data Is Sent:<br />
Only when the site administrator explicitly performs an action such as submitting data<br />
or creating sheets.<br />

<p>GSheetConnector for Core Lite uses Google APIs to allow users to connect their WordPress site with Google Sheets.</p>
<p>This plugin does not collect or transmit personal data to the plugin author or any external servers. Google account authentication and access to Google Sheets are handled securely using Google OAuth.</p>
<p>Access tokens required for Google authentication are stored securely in the site’s own WordPress database and are used only to perform actions requested by the site administrator.</p>
<p>The plugin only accesses Google Sheets and Google Drive data after explicit user consent during the Google authorization process.</p>
<p>No data is sold or shared with third parties, and no data is stored on the plugin author’s servers.</p>
