HCGroup Shipping for Woocommerce is a WordPress Plugin that integrate the hcgroup service, it will calculate the shipping cost.
This addon calls a webservice to obtain the shipping rate or price according to the parameters of the product, for this with the following URL 
http://www.hcgroup.cl/ws/ecomerce.asmx/get_tarifa_despacho_JSON
The variables are 
token_cliente; number to identify the registered customer 
servicio; type of service delivered to the client 
comuna_destino; commune where delivery will be made 
peso; of the total purchase 
cantidad; quantity of products 
volumen; final volume of all products
send the data 
The tarifa data is received, which corresponds to the shipping price.
in post sale 
When admin changes the status of orders to completed or cancelled, this addon call to webservice and insert the new state, then return number of service. 
If order is cancelled, call to webservice and delete number of service, then return success. 
In orders section, this addons call to webservice and consult actual state, then show result in order detail. 
When HCGroup make a retirement, addons consult a webservice and get the tracking number and show this in order detail. This also appears in the customer order detail.

Please be sure you defined a valid default sender address in the Shipping Manager backend; as well as prices for each weight range, for each shipping method.

<li>creates orders in bpost Shipping Manager backend once orders are finalized in the shop</li>
<li>adds custom fields “phone” and “email” address fields to be filled in within the bpost Shipping Manager if delivery address chosen in the shop is different than the billing address</li>
<li>plugin is trilingual: fr_FR, nl_Nl and en_EN</li>

Usage notice
bpost shipping is not allowed and will display an error message:
<ul>
<li>if total weight of the order is above 30 kgs or the equivalent in OZ</li>
<li>if cash on delivery payment mode is selected</li>
</ul>
bpost shipping supports:
<ul>
<li>free shipping coupons from standard Woocommerce feature – NOT requiring that “Free delivery” method is active!</li>
<li>free shipping for some shopping cart amount AND/OR some countries (to be defined in bpost shipping settings in Woocommerce) – in this case, shipping costs defined in bpost Shipping Manager backend are overriden</li>
</ul>
bpost shipping does NOT take into account the Woocommerce “shipping classes”, nor the VAT/taxes configured to apply on the shipping costs. 
Indeed: shipping costs are always “VAT 21% inclusive” in bpost Shipping Manager backend.
bpost shipping costs depending on the parcels weight are managed through the values defined in bpost Shipping Manager backend, and all prices are (belgian) taxes included.
