Announcer – Sticky Message Banner, Notification Bar – Add to Top, Bottom of your Website

I tried a few other banner plugins but none of them did what I needed: multiple banners displaying conditionally on specific pages.  Announcer got the job done - thank you!  A+

After searching through quite a few announcement bar plugins, I found that this is the best one. The conditional display settings are awesome.
