<p>This plugin creates QR Codes (Quick Response codes) through a widget or a shortCode for easy insertion into your pages, posts, sidebars, WooCommerce products, etc.</p>

The shortcode works well but there is no support for a logo.  It also doesn't support "&apos;" and similar html entities in the text.
