After inserting a Hyperlink Group Block, a Block inserter icon will be displayed to allow you to add new Blocks inside that Hyperlink Group Block.</p>

<h4>Grouping Existing Blocks</h4>
<p>It’s also possible to group existing Blocks.<br />
Select the Blocks which should be grouped with a Hyperlink. The Block Toolbar will appear. Click on the Block icon and select the Hyperlink Block to transform the selected Blocks to an Hyperlink Block with some InnerBlocks.</p>

<p>On the Advanced Tab set the link’s <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Reference/Attribute/target" rel="nofollow ugc">target</a>, <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Attributes/rel" rel="nofollow ugc">rel</a>, <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Global_attributes/title" rel="nofollow ugc">title</a> and <a href="https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/Attributes/aria-label" rel="nofollow ugc">aria-label</a> attributes.</p>

Just what we were looking for, to allow adding links to blocks. Already using it on two sites now.

<p>This plugin will add new settings to your Settings -> Permalinks screen for you to<br />
specify your blog’s shortlink structure. By default WordPress shortlinks look like<br />
http://yrnxt.com/?p=153. Using this plugin you can specify every other structure<br />
you like, e.g. <a href="http://yrnxt.com/~153" rel="nofollow ugc">http://yrnxt.com/~153</a>.</p>
<p>Specifying new shortlink structures will never break WordPress’ default. Also when<br />
changing the shortlink structure again afterwards old structures won’t break until you<br />
explicitly remove them.</p>
