<p>ICS Comment Referrer:</p>
<ul>
<li>uses both server (HTTP Referer header) and client (works if JavaScript enabled) referrer identification;</li>
<li>cryptographically protects the server-generated referrer field;</li>
<li>adds referring links to comment notifications;</li>
<li>shows referring links in Admin Panel » Comments.</li>
