IndexNow Plugin for WordPress enables automated submission of URLs from WordPress sites to the multiple search engines without the need to register and verify your site with them. Once installed, the plugin will automatically generate and host the API key on your site. It detects page creation/update/ deletion in WordPress and automatically submits the URLs in the background. This ensures that search engines will always have the latest updates about your site. This plugin submits URLs to a generic end point <code>https://api.indexnow.org/indexnow</code> and these URLs are shared to all participating search engines.

It works as expected, but I noticed that main.6b93cffc.js is constantly reloading. This is slowing down the WordPress dashboard significantly. It would be great if this could be optimized!

<a href="https://www.indexnow.org/" rel="nofollow ugc">IndexNow</a> is a simple way of notifying search engines of updates to URLs on a site.
IndexNow allows website owners to submit a request to search engines to prioritize the crawling of a particular page or blog post on your site.
This plugin provides a no-fuss, simple alternative to just submit updates to the search engines.
Crawl requests will be sent to search engines when:
<ul>
<li>new content is published</li>
<li>existing content is updated</li>
<li>existing content is unpublished (this encourages de-indexing)</li>
<li>the post slug changes (both the old and new are sent index the redirect URL)</li>
</ul>
De-indexed and redirect URLs are only sent to IndexNow once.
The biggest features of this plugin are the features that it’s missing:

Simple Search Submission for IndexNow submits the update requests as you save your content. If you wish to submit the URLs asynchronously via a cron job, you can include the code <code>add_filter( 'simple_search_submission_notify_async', '__return_true' );</code> in your theme or or plugin.
