<li>The plugin sets one cookie (<code>infochat_session</code>) to maintain the chat session (expires in 24 hours)</li>
<li>IP addresses are collected solely for rate limiting purposes</li>

<h3>Privacy Policy</h3>
<p>InfoChat stores all data in your WordPress database. The plugin does not send any data to the plugin author or any third party except the AI provider and CRM you explicitly configure. See the “Third-Party Services” section above for details on what data is sent to each service.</p>
