<h3>How Titles are Generated</h3>
<ol>
<li>Take the URL path after the final slash (<code>/</code>).  </li>
<li>URL-decode that segment.  </li>
<li>Replace the configured “Slug Separator” (default <code>-</code>) and underscores (<code>_</code>) with spaces.  </li>
<li>Collapse multiple spaces to one.  </li>
<li>Apply the selected <strong>case</strong> rule.  </li>
</ol>

<h3>Limitations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Only the <strong>last</strong> URL segment is used—intermediate directories or multiple segments cannot be included.  </li>
<li>No per-entry custom titles beyond the global slug-separator and casing settings.  </li>
<li>Cannot select a specific path depth (e.g. “take the second-to-last segment”).  </li>
<li>No support for injecting custom templates or HTML around each item beyond the built-in list/table output.</li>
