<p>This plugin allows you to integrate intake forms from Installatiemanager directly in your WordPress site.<br />
You can select the fields you want to show in the form, and the data will be sent to Installatiemanager automatically<br />
upon submission. Installatiemanager creates a new intake record for each submission.</p>
<h3>Usage</h3>
<h4>Block editor</h4>
<p>The quickest way to add a form is with the Gutenberg block editor. Edit any post or page,<br />
add the “Installatiemanager opnameformulier” block, and open the block settings panel on the right.</p>
<ol>
<li>Enter the assist key you received from Installatiemanager.</li>
<li>The plugin fetches the available fields for that key from the Installatiemanager API.</li>
<li>Click a field in the “Available fields” column to move it to “Selected fields”.</li>
<li>Use the arrow buttons to change the order of the selected fields.</li>
<li>Save or publish the post. The form will appear on the front end.</li>
</ol>
<p>When a visitor submits the form, the data is sent to Installatiemanager and a new intake record<br />
is created automatically.</p>
<h4>Reusable form configurations</h4>
<p>If you want to embed the same form in multiple places, or if you are using the Classic Editor or<br />
a page builder, you can create a reusable form configuration first.</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to “IM formulieren” in the WordPress admin menu and click “Voeg formulier toe”.</li>
<li>Give the configuration a recognisable title.</li>
<li>Enter the assist key and select the fields, just like in the block editor.</li>
<li>Click “Bijwerken” to save. The post ID is shown in the URL bar (e.g. post=42).</li>
</ol>
<h4>Shortcode</h4>
<p>Once you have saved a form configuration, you can embed it anywhere using the shortcode:</p>
<p>[installatiemanager_opnameformulier id=”42″]</p>
<p>Replace 42 with the post ID of the form configuration you want to display. The shortcode works<br />
in the Classic Editor, in any text widget, and in page builders that support shortcodes.</p>
<h4>reCAPTCHA (optional)</h4>
<p>To protect your forms against spam and bots, you can enable reCAPTCHA under<br />
Settings > Opnameformulier. The plugin uses an invisible reCAPTCHA v3 check on every<br />
submission. If the v3 score is too low, a visible v2 checkbox challenge is shown as a fallback.</p>
<p>To set this up:</p>
<ol>
<li>Register your site at https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin and create two key pairs:<br />
one for reCAPTCHA v3 and one for reCAPTCHA v2 (“I am not a robot” checkbox).</li>
<li>Enter all four keys (two site keys, two secret keys) under Settings > Opnameformulier.</li>
<li>Optionally adjust the v3 score threshold (default: 0.5). Submissions scoring below<br />
the threshold will be shown the v2 checkbox instead of being rejected outright.</li>
</ol>
<p>All verification happens server-side through a WordPress proxy. reCAPTCHA secret keys are<br />
never exposed to the browser.</p>
