<li>You generate your own API key from that provider.</li>

<li>Visitors open the chat and ask questions.</li>
<li>Messages are securely sent to your configured AI provider.</li>
<li>The AI responds using the content you have allowed.</li>

<p>Conversation history can be disabled entirely. Browser storage is optional and can be turned off in settings.</p>
<p>The site owner is responsible for informing users about AI-generated responses and third-party data processing in their own privacy policy.</p>
