Use easy-to-use shortcodes in your posts or pages to display audio players from different platforms.
<h3>How to use this plugin</h3>
This plugin offers several shortcodes to integrate different podcasting platforms in your website. In this version we support Youtube and iVoox platforms.
<h4>iVoox(TM) shortcodes</h4>
There are two kinds of iVoox widgets: episode and program widgets.
For episode widgets, you need the episode id, which can be taken from the URL from your published episode. Use this id as follows:

These are the fields that must be provided with the shortcode: 
* <code>id</code> (mandatory) field should be the identifier in the episode URL (a number). 
* <code>color</code> (optional) field is the color that substitutes the default color. In HTML format (#RRGGBB). Remember to include the #. A default color can be provided in the plugin settings page. It would be used unless this field is explicitly provided.
In case you want to keep on using the old player, use the following shortcode: 
 [ivoox-old id=”49097143″ color=”#00EACD”]
Compact and mini versions of the episode player can also be used instead:
<pre><code>[ivoox-compact id="49097143"]
[ivoox-mini id="49097143"]
</code></pre>
Color configuration is not available for these versions of the player.
If you aim to use program widgets, use the following shortcode: 
 [ivoox-program id=”313872″ color=”#00EACD”]
These are the fields that must be provided with the shortcode: 
* <code>id</code> (mandatory) field should be the identifier in the podcast URL (a number). 
* <code>color</code> (optional) field is the color that substitutes the default color. In HTML format (#RRGGBB). Remember to include the #. A default color can be provided in the plugin settings page. It would be used unless this field is explicitly provided.
<h4>Youtube shortcode</h4>
Integrate a Youtube video using its ID. Use the shortcode as follows:

These are the fields that can be used with the shortcode: 
* <code>id</code> (mandatory) field must be the identifier of the video that can be taken from the video URL. 
* <code>width</code> (optional) field would be the width of the player. 
* <code>height</code> (optional) field would be the height of the player. 
* <code>cookies</code>(optional) field to use privacy-enhance mode (check <a href="https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?visit_id=637478635883120886-287002157&rd=1#zippy=%2Cturn-on-privacy-enhanced-mode" rel="nofollow ugc">iVoox website</a>).
If width and height are not specified, default values are 560×315. If only one of them is specified, the remaining dimension is computed using 16:9 proportion.
Cookies option is boolean. Use values true/on/yes/1 to use the standard player or false/off/no/0 to enable the enhanced mode. Enhanced mode is the default option in case it is not specified.

<li>️ Country List Shortcode – <code>[podcast_box_country_list]</code> – Display the list of all available countries.</li>
<li>Podcast Player Widget – Podcast player sidebar widget is available.</li>
<li>Country List Widget – Country list sidebar widget is available.</li>

<h3>INSTALLATION AND USAGE:</h3>

After installing the plugin, activate the plugin.

After you have successfully activated the plugin, Podcasts menu will appear in your WordPress dashboard sidebar menu. And also a page named “Podcasts” will be created after activating the plugin. 
The Podcasts page is the podcast listing page, where all the podcasts will be listed. 
On this page, visitors will see their country’s podcasts if the Ip based listing is on.

You can create unlimted podcasts and episodes or can import podcast from the Import Podcasts menu.

You can use the automatically created Podcasts page for your podcast listing page. 
Or, you can use the <code>[podcast_box_listing]</code> shortcode on any page for the podcast listing. 
This shortcode support country and category attribute. Where you can filter podcast list by countries & category.

<h3>ADD NEW PODCASTS:</h3>
After installing and activating the plugin successfully, The next step is to add new podcasts. 
You can add unlimited new podcasts very easily. 
For adding a new podcast you need to click the Add New Podcast submenu under the Podcasts main menu.
<h3>IMPORT PODCASTS:</h3>
To import the podcasts, you need to click the Import Podcasts submenu under the Podcasts main menu in your WordPress sidebar admin menu.
<h3>SHORT CODES:</h3>
The Plugin provides 5 Shortcodes. Those are:

<code>[podcast_box_listing]</code> – Use this shortcode on any page for listing the podcasts. This shortcode supports country && category attributes where you can pass comma separated country code and categories slug. 
 Example: <code>[podcast_box_listing country="us, ru, bd" category="rock,news"]</code>

<code>[podcast_box_player]</code> – Use this shortcode anywhere for displaying the podcast player. This shortcode supports the id attribute where you can play the episodes of the podcast. 
 Example: <code>[wp_radio_player id="11"]</code>
</li>
<li>
<code>[podcast_box_country_list]</code> – Use this short code for displaying all the podcasts countries.
</li>

On the Settings page, you can change

<h3>HOW DOES IT WORK / FUNCTIONALITY EXPLAINED:</h3>
After activating the plugin you can create a new podcasts from Add new podcast page or you can import podcasts from the Import Podcasts page under the Podcasts menu.
After installing the plugin a new page will be created titled “Podcasts”. 
 This page will be used for listing all the podcasts. Users can browse the podcasts on this page. 
 While playing any podcast, a podcasts player will be fixed at the bottom of the website, on every page.
You can place the podcast player anywhere you want, by using the <code>[podcast_box_player]</code> shortcode.
<h3>Compatibility</h3>
Podcast Box has no dependency on any other plugin or theme. You can use the Podcast Box plugin with any theme.
