Send leads to different tokens based on form responses:

The first matching rule is used. If no rule matches, the default token is used.
<h4>About the Leezi CRM service</h4>
This plugin (the WordPress integration code) is open source under the GPL license. The Leezi CRM service itself is a separate commercial SaaS platform available at <a href="https://leezi.com.br" rel="nofollow ugc">leezi.com.br</a> and requires its own account.
<h3>External services</h3>
This plugin connects to the Leezi CRM API to send lead data collected through Elementor forms. This integration is required for the plugin’s core functionality: delivering submitted form data to your Leezi CRM account.
What is the service and what is it used for: 
Leezi CRM is a customer relationship management service. This plugin uses its webhook API to register new leads in your CRM account.
What data is sent and when: 
Every time a visitor submits an Elementor form that has the Leezi CRM action enabled, the plugin sends the following data to <code>https://api.leezi.com.br/api/v1/webhook/lead/{token}</code> via an HTTPS POST request:

<li>Phone number (required)</li>
<li>Name, email, company, message (if mapped in the form)</li>
<li>UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, utm_id) when available in the URL or form</li>
<li>Any additional form fields mapped by the site administrator (stored as notes on the lead)</li>
<li>The HTTP header <code>X-Form-Origin</code> containing the origin domain of the submission</li>
</ul>
Data is only sent when a form is submitted by a visitor. No data is sent during page views or administrative actions.
Debug mode: 
When debug mode is explicitly enabled by the administrator, data is sent to a custom URL configured by the administrator instead of the Leezi CRM API. Debug mode is disabled by default.
