<p>We have 8 types of linking your keywords:</p>

<li><strong>Internal URL:</strong> You can link your keywords to an internal page of your website. You can find the page by an easy auto-complete list.</li>
<li><strong>Custom HTML Popup:</strong> The keyword can be linked to a popup that contains any design you want as the plugin accept HTML code to be integrated into the popup. For example, you can add an opt-in form HTML code to collect visitors emails.</li>
<li><strong>Image Popup:</strong> Keywords can be linked to display a popup which contains a single image.</li>
<li><strong>Gallery Popup:</strong> Do you need to display a gallery of images when your users click on certain keywords? No problem, the plugin allows you to link keywords to gallery popups.</li>
<li><strong>Video Popup:</strong> I bet sometimes you want to show the visitors a video but you don’t want them to exit your website to YouTube. You can link your keywords to video popups which support YouTube and Vimeo videos.</li>
<li><strong>Google Maps Popup:</strong> Let’s say you are reviewing a restaurant on your website. It would be a good idea to link the restaurant name with a Map Popup that displays the location of that restaurant.</li>

<p>Even if the link was external or a popup, the plugin will be able to track the link and provides you with many statistics (Visits per day, Countries, Browsers, Operating Systems and languages ). <p>This plugin helps you save hours of manual work when importing large batches of products that do not have any categories assigned. It allows you to define keyword-based rules per category and apply them in bulk to selected products.</p>
<p><strong>Key Features:</strong><br />
– Create flexible keyword rules per category.<br />
– Supports “OR” logic by default and “AND” logic via special syntax.<br />
– Exclude products via “Not Contains” keywords.<br />
– Bulk-apply rules to selected products in the Products list.<br />
– Import and export rules as JSON files for backup and transfer.</p>
<p><strong>How It Works</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Create and Save Rules</strong></p>
<p>1.1. Go to <strong>WooCommerce > Keyword Category Rules</strong>.<br />
1.2. For each existing category, enter:<br />
     – <strong>Contains:</strong> keywords separated by commas (example: <code>shoes, sneakers</code>).<br />
     – <strong>Not Contains:</strong> keywords that should exclude a product (example: <code>damaged, used</code>).<br />
1.3. To require multiple words to appear together, use <code>"AND"</code> (with “”) between them:<br />
     – Example: <code>shoes "AND" leather</code> matches titles containing both “shoes” and “leather”.<br />
1.4. Save your rules.</p>
<p><strong>2. Apply Rules to Products</strong></p>
<p>2.1. In the WooCommerce Products (All products) list, select the products you want to process.<br />
2.2. In the <strong>Bulk Actions</strong> menu, choose <strong>Apply Keyword-Based Category Rules</strong>, then click <strong>Apply</strong>.<br />
2.3. The plugin will evaluate all selected products, assign matching categories, and show a success notice.</p>
<p><strong>Limitations:</strong><br />
– This plugin does not automatically assign categories to new products when they are created or imported. The assignment must be triggered manually via Bulk Actions.<br />
– The matching is performed against the <strong>product title only</strong>.<br />
– Currently, the plugin works in one direction only: it <strong>adds</strong> categories to products based on matching keyword rules, but it does <strong>not remove</strong> any previously assigned categories when the keywords are removed or changed. This means: If you remove a keyword from a rule or replace it with a different one, the plugin will not remove previously applied category assignments from affected products. Once a rule has been applied, its effects remain in place unless manually adjusted via the product edit screen or other third-party tools.</p>
