<h4>Bring your own API key</h4>
<p>This plugin does not include or resell AI usage. You enter your own OpenAI and/or Google Gemini API key in the settings. All AI requests are billed to your own provider account according to that provider’s pricing.</p>
<h3>External services</h3>
<p>This plugin connects to third-party services to provide its core functionality. No content is sent to any external service until you actively trigger a generation action or enable a feature that requires it.</p>
<h4>OpenAI (ChatGPT) API</h4>
<p>Used to generate and enhance content when you select an OpenAI model.</p>
<ul>
<li>What is sent: the text/prompt you generate or enhance, your configured system instructions (persona, context, language, tone, writing styles), the selected model name and generation parameters (e.g. temperature). For inline actions, the selected text and surrounding context you chose are sent. If you enable the Affiliate Link Assistant, the affiliate entries you stored (titles, URLs, descriptions, keywords) are included in these instructions so the model can integrate fitting links.</li>
<li>When: only when you start a generation, enhancement, inline action, SEO generation or topic generation that uses an OpenAI model.</li>
<li>Where: requests go to https://api.openai.com/ and are authenticated with the OpenAI API key you enter in the plugin settings.</li>

I found this bot from a reddit thread and I thought I would give it a go, seeing as I have tried a few of these types of plugins lately. So I installed it on test environment and gave it a spin...BitBot was simple to setup and immediately added a chatbot to my homepage, that was "trained" on the site content. And when I tested the chatbot, I asked it about content and it returned valid answers with links back to the specific pages.Very cool plugin
