After WordPress 5.8 is released, infinite scrolling will be removed by default from the Media Library. See Trac ticket <a href="https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/50105" rel="nofollow ugc">50105</a> for the releated changeset and ticket <a href="https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/40330" rel="nofollow ugc">40330</a> for the historical context behind the decision.
This plugin, for the short term, is a global re-enabling of infinite scrolling in the Media Library for all users.
A potential future enhancement is to have a per-user setting, letting individual users decide what’s best for them.

A small plugin to re-enable infinite scrolling in the Media Library after WordPress 5.8 is released.

Smart Scroll Post is a FREE WordPress plugin, which allows you to load your infinite posts while scrolling. It is useful when you want your readers read another blog/post right after one just by scrolling. No need to go back and find next/previous posts/blog and click again. Just keep scrolling and keep reading. 
This plugin currently allows single post to scroll and load another. You can apply this to all or a specific category of posts, custom posts types.
