U need only activate it and activate SCF plugin, edit ur tabs with custom fields(screens 1 and 2) then just get ur giga-mega-tabs with shortcode-icon in ur panel of post edit, dont forget the title of ur tab (screen 3) 
And edit css if u need. 🙂 
Now u can setting autoscroll speed using tabs options in the settings menu (printscreens 4 and 5).
