The Micro Contact Form plugin for WordPress is a lightweight and simple contact form plugin that requires no configuration and produces a four-field form allowing a user to submit a message to the blog administrator directly through the website. The form only collects the most basic information needed for a message. When the form is submitted, the information is e-mailed through the website to the blog administrator’s e-mail address.

Smooth scrolling is a basic feature to enhance user experience, so it shouldn’t come at a performance cost that at the same time harms user experience elsewhere.
Several other smooth scrolling solutions unfortunately rely on outdated techniques such as jQuery, which can hurt your site’s performance, and is really not necessary to provide the feature.
