This plugin provides you with two editors for the notice displayed on the frontend and backend. The default message is “This site has been migrated,” but I like to modify it to include a link to the actual site.

Does what it says on the tin and really easy to use. Allows custom markup in the notice, which is a great feature.

My only suggestion is that it would be good to add a bit of padding around the text to give the text some more breathing room. Also, having an option to change the font size on the settings page, would be great. I did both the above through css, but having a font size option would be super helpful.
