Move category description below products for WooCommerce

We are trying to get our woocommerce product category descriptions to the bottom of the page so the products show first. I tried all the suggestions in this topic but none of them worked like they should. The following piece of code places the category discription in three places, above the products, through the products and below the products.

Customize the text labels, menu names or description for any registered custom post type using a simple Dashboard user interface. No PHP file editing is necessary!
<ul>
<li>Want to rename <code>Posts</code> to <code>News</code>?</li>
<li>Want to rename <code>Media</code> to <code>Files</code>?</li>

You can do all of this (and more) using this plugin.
For example, you could customize the following Custom Post Types:

<li>The <code>Posts</code> Custom Post Type (created by WordPress Core)</li>
<li>The <code>Pages</code> Custom Post Type (created by WordPress Core)</li>
<li>The <code>Media</code> Custom Post Type (created by WordPress Core)</li>
<li>Any Custom Post Type that is created by a WordPress plugin</li>
<li>Any Custom Post Type that is created by a WordPress theme</li>
</ul>
This means that you no longer have to modify PHP files in order to rename a Custom Post Type!

I was tinkering with events plugins and finally found they were all over-qualified for what I needed. 

After spending 10 minutes with some serious thinking over a Rum Orange, I decided I actually didn’t need default Posts for this project—they’d be my “events”! I’d just have to rename the default “Post” post type labels which I knew was possible, but I didn’t feel like looking up what exactly I’d need to code. (Did I mention Rum Orange? Yeah …)

Finding this plugin and getting the job done was a matter of 6.491 minutes.
