<p>This Plugin is used to get back old behaviour of wordpress. Prior to WP 3.1 there was an email notification when a comment was approved. This notification<br />
was removed in WP 3.1, so I wrote this plugin which brings back that notification.</p>
<p>Simply upload the plugin to your plugins directory and activate it. There is no need to do further stuff.</p>

Very nice idea


...putting it's WP Admin page beneath the standard Settings page. For a plugin to have its own top level menu for such simple functionality is against WordPress standards (link not allowed, but see the Administration Menus page in the Codex) and just clutters up the WP Admin area unnecessarily.


Great plugin, but would be improved by...

Zero bloat, single purpose plugin that automatically sends email notifications when comments are approved. Lightweight and focused.
