<p>One Two Three Send is a complete newsletter workflow inside WordPress. The plugin uses the Claude API (you supply the key) to draft issues from your site’s content, gives you inline AI editor tools to polish the copy, runs a pre-send audit to catch common mistakes, and sends through Resend or SMTP to subscribers stored in your own database.</p>

<li><strong>AI newsletter generator</strong> — Claude drafts a newsletter from your recent posts, site tagline, and a manual description you provide. Tone selector (Friendly / Professional / Casual / Authoritative) and length selector (~200, ~400, ~700 words).</li>
<li><strong>AI editor</strong> — select any paragraph and click Rewrite, Shorten, Expand, or Fix grammar. Generate 5 alternative subject lines in one click. Tone check, local spam-word scan.</li>
<li><strong>Pre-send audit</strong> — one click runs 10 checks: subject length, body word count, unsubscribe reference, link count, link format, spam triggers, placeholder leaks, readability (Flesch-Kincaid), read time, structural sanity. Each check returns pass / warn / fail with a plain-language explanation.</li>
<li><strong>Scheduling</strong> — manual, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly. Manual-approval mode emails the admin before any send. Auto-send is opt-in.</li>
<li><strong>Email delivery</strong> — Resend (API) or SMTP (any provider).</li>
<li><strong>Subscribers</strong> — local database with filtering, CSV export, one-click token-based unsubscribe.</li>
<li><strong>Signup forms</strong> — inline form via shortcode <code>[otts_form id="1"]</code>, Gutenberg block, or PHP <code>onetwothreesend_render_form(1)</code>.</li>
<li><strong>Welcome email</strong> — automatic, configurable subject and body with <code>{first_name}</code>, <code>{email}</code>, <code>{site_name}</code>, <code>{from_name}</code> placeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Lead magnet delivery</strong> — upload a PDF, zip, or any allowed file. New subscribers receive a signed, time-limited download link in the welcome email. Expired links auto-refresh when clicked, no manual resending.</li>

<p>This plugin calls the following external APIs using credentials you provide. No data is sent to any third party without you entering a key first.</p>

<p>The plugin itself does not phone home. It does not contact onetwothreesend.com or any server other than the ones you explicitly configure above.</p>

<p>This WordPress plugin integrates listmonk with your WordPress / WooCommerce website.</p>
<p>You can use this plugin to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Let people subscribe to your newsletter through a form on your website using WPForms or Contact Form 7.</li>
<li>Allow people to subscribe to your newsletter from the WooCommerce checkout page. After a customer pays, their email address and name will be sent to the listmonk mailing list of your choice.</li>
</ul>
<p>Using listmonk as an open-source newsletter and mailing tool makes you less dependent on services like Mailchimp, costs less, and has no limits on the amount of emails you can send per month.</p>
<h3>How to use this plugin</h3>
<ol>
<li>Install this plugin through the WordPress plugin directory.</li>
<li>Ensure you have access to a configured listmonk server. You can connect listmonk to email services like Amazon SES, which costs as little as $0.10 per thousand emails.</li>
<li>Access the plugin’s settings page from your WordPress admin dashboard under Settings to enable and disable components and enter listmonk credentials.</li>
<li>Determine the listmonk list ID you want to subscribe people to. See listmonk documentation for more details.</li>
<li>Utilize WPForms, Contact Form 7, or a custom field on the WooCommerce checkout page to send subscriber data to listmonk.</li>
<li>When using a custom field on the WooCommerce checkout page, you can input a text customers will see during checkout.</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li>WordPress website (latest version recommended);</li>
<li>Accessible listmonk server over HTTPS (tested up to listmonk v3.0.0);</li>
<li>WPForms or Contact Form 7 for form-based subscriptions;</li>
<li>WooCommerce for checkout-based subscriptions; (classic checkout supported, block-based checkout experimentally supported).</li>

<h3>Privacy and Security</h3>
<p>For compliance purposes, this plugin records the IP address each subscriber and sends it to your listmonk server. Subscribers through WooCommerce checkout do not require double opt-in, unlike form-based subscriptions. API credentials are stored securely on your server with encryption for the password. Please note that this plugin does not have any form of rate-limiting, so it is your own responsibilty to use a CATCHPA when using i.e. WPForms, to limit the amount of fake subscriptions that could be sent to your listmonk server.</p>

Integration for listmonk mailing list and newsletter service


This extension saves me time. It helps me to sync new customers who buy my product with my Listmonk server. I'm using it with WPForms, but the integration wasn't working until I came back and noticed that I hadn't attached the list from which the emails must be collected. I also found out that the password was being reset each time, even though it had already been saved. Apart from that, it does what it says.It would be good if, in future, you could give us the ability to attach multiple forms from WPForms or add some conditional options to the settings to enable us to send newsletters from WP in the same way as some newsletter plugins do.
