Open Graphite lets you control how your WordPress content is viewed when shared on social media.
Typically when one of your pages is shared on social media (Facebook for example), the platform will use the first image and text it can find on the page. This is usually not ideal and often truncates the content into something nonsensical, resulting in the page being less likely to be engaged with.
Open Graphite solves this problem, by allowing you to customise the image, title and description of any of your pages that are shared on social media, all without compromising the original content.

Best SEO plugin

After learning about The SEO Framework plugin from one of our clients and after giving it a test spin, in Spring 2023 we switched approx 250 sites to TSF and also bought the premium version. To this day, this plugin still keeps impressing me with how lightweight it is.

You literarily "don't feel" it's there but it does what it's suppose to do - helps you manipulate the meta data for your website and content both for SERPs and social media.

The transition process from the previous SEO plugin we used was more than smooth and the support was really on point with all the questions and doubts we have had in regards to the transition (lots of data) and what steps we were to take to ensure the functionality is kept (and even improved if you ask me)).

For all of those who know the basics of SEO but also for everybody else, this plugin is just perfect because it really doesn't contain any additional (redundant) flashy features that really don't and can't help with ranks and also doesn't interfere with content writing. Most importantly, it doesn't contain features you can't control or can't disable, which also makes setting up SEO preferences really simple and straightforward even for complete beginners.

In essence, ever since we switched from a different SEO plugin to TSF - we haven't looked back an inch.

I really can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a plugin or its functionality and judging by reviews I'm not the only one, so congratulations on a job well done and keep doing your thing.

I should have written this review a few years back when I switched to TSF. Better late than never, right?



TSF has become my goto SEO plugin and one that I use across all my websites. Sybre has poured in countless hours to make an efficient, easy to use and configure plugin. In particular is the effort to write highly performant code - you need your SEO plugin to be fast when Google wants your site to be fast!



If you haven't used TSF yet, give it a shot. You won't regret it.

Great plug-in!

I moved from Yoast because of its aggressive freemium model — too many features locked behind a paywall, too much noise in the interface. The SEO Framework looked like a clean, honest alternative, and for the core plugin it is.I installed the Extension Manager following the official recommendation to import data from Yoast. It also installs Troy Client — a component that cannot be removed through the WordPress admin. Not by deactivating and removing the Extension Manager. Not by disabling The SEO Framework entirely. The only way to get rid of it is via FTP or file manager.To make things worse, most of what the free extensions offer can be achieved with a few lines of code in a mu-plugin. Redirecting attachment pages to their parent post, hiding debug comments from the HTML output, fixing title output — these are all trivial to implement without installing anything extra. Pushing users toward an extension ecosystem for things that don't require one raises questions about the real purpose of that ecosystem.This is exactly the kind of silent lock-in I was trying to escape. Shipping a component that survives the removal of the plugin that installed it is not acceptable for a project that presents itself as lightweight and transparent.
