This plugin allows to dynamically activate the widgets system on a WordPress page, creating complex layouts.
You can define new layout via the function <code>register_layout()</code> in the function.php file of your theme. 
The plugin define two sample defaults layouts that you can see in Screenshots section.

The php template file should be placed in the folder <code>layouts</code> of your theme folder (<code>/wp-content/themes/<your_theme>/layouts/<name-of-php-template-file>.php</code>) or in the plugin folder (<code>/wp-content/plugins/page-layout/layouts/<name-of-php-template-file>.php</code>) if you want the layout to be independent from the theme.

The thumbnail should be placed in the child folder of <code>layouts</code>: <code>layouts/thumb/<thumbnail-of-layout.jpg></code>.

This a Gutenberg plugin that adds an outline around each block. Outline settings are based on user meta. Each user can 
change the settings according to their needs and it will applied only to their account.
Users can change:

<li>When to show outline. On hover or always displayed.</li>

<li>Disable outline completely.</li>
<li>Show data (name and class) outside block, inside or floating when hovering over block</li>

Great work. I've been considering making a similar plugin myself, so I'm glad I found this one before I did. It works well and makes it considerably easier to see where each block is. Especially useful when you have blocks within blocks. i.e. Group -> Columns -> Column -> Paragraph
