… it also unchecks the parent category if you uncheck a child even if there are other childs of that parent that are still checked.

This seems like a bug to me.

Automatically toggle the parent categories when a sub category is selected.

<p>This plugin is very simple and straightforward. Just enter ?{list}? on each parent page or post where you want the children listed. Put it anywhere in your content and that is where it will show.</p>
