<p>Personal Library allows you to restrict users to seeing their own media uploads. The plugin works by filtering all requests for attachments.</p>

<li>Administrators will always see all attachments</li>
<li>Enable or disable access to all uploads for the following roles: contributor, author, editor.</li>
