<p>Pinterest Importer allows you to connect to your Pinterest.com account; to grab all your pins (including from secret and optionnally followed boards); and to import them in WordPress.</p>
<p>The difference with other plugins is that it is not based on the (very limited) official Pinterest API; which also requires SSL.<br />
This means that you can make a full backup (instead of getting only the last x pins); but it also means the plugin may broke one day or another.<br />

<li>Can be used on an ongoing basis : pins will not be imported several times</li>
<li>Backup & display the pin metadatas in a metabox</li>
<li>Set pin creation date as post date</li>
<li>Handles hashtags, which are converted to post tags</li>
<li>Cache pins in a JSON file for every board</li>

<li>bug when creating ‘pinim_boards_settings’ : last board settings are not saved, so it is detected as new board when the page refreshes.</li>

Great plugin

Backup your Pinterest.com account by importing pins in Wordpress.  Supports regular boards, secret boards and followed boards.

<p>Import images & videos from a LoveIt.com account !<br />
The plugin will grab your images & videos from LoveIt and create new posts with it.<br />
Boards are saved as categories under the parent category “LoveIt.com”, so it’s easy for you to handle them later.<br />
You can run it multiple time as it won’t save twice the same pin.<br />
The data from LoveIt (pin ID, board ID, content source, etc) is saved as post metas (with prefix _loveit-) in case you need the original LoveIt informations.</p>

* for images, the full-sized image with a link to the original source<br />
* for videos, a <a href="http://jetpack.me/support/shortcode-embeds/" rel="nofollow ugc">shortcode from the Jetpack plugin</a><br />

<p>In case you use this plugin to make a LoveIt.com backup, I suggest you setup a new WordPress blog to run the plugin on it.<br />
You will then be able to export the posts & images generated and import them in another blog with the WordPress import/export tool.</p>
