<li>Adds a new column on the plugins dashboard screen that shows when each plugin was activated, only if PAD was installed before</li>
<li>Control whether you’d like to see a relative date or a “regular” date as set under Settings > General</li>

While by default the date & time settings are being used, you can always change the date format by filtering ‘pad_date_time_format’. For instance:

The code is very simple, all contained in a single class. The hooks are very basic and given WP backwards compatibility policy I don't see this plugin stop working any time soon and if you allow me the hyperbole, actually it'll never stop, lol

The Enhanced Plugin Admin plugin aims to save you time and warn you about potential compatibility and security problems for installed plugins right from the plugin admin screen. Information includes:

<li>last update date</li>
<li>overall rating</li>
<li>number of votes</li>
<li>WordPress version compatibility range</li>
<li>WordPress plugin repository status i.e. in repository, removed from repository, never in repository</li>
</ol>
You can also hide (disable) individual plugin update notifications for when you don’t want to upgrade. These can be unhidden (re-enabled) at any time.

<li>Schedule checks so that information is up to date without having to wait for plugin admin page to refresh.</li>
<li>Email notifications when thresholds are first exceeded or when vulnerability discovered.</li>
<li>Keep track of when a plugin was originally and most recently activated / deactivated.</li>
