<p>Just install the plugin and the counting begins. No coding skills needed.</p>
<h4>How does it work?</h4>
<ul>
<li>All views of the post will start at zero (0) upon the plugin installation.</li>
<li>When a visitor viewed your post, it will save a cookie on the visitor so that same visitor will only count as one (1) view, this way we can uniquely identify each visitor.</li>
<li>The cookie expires after a month, so if the same person viewed your post after the cookie expires it will count as another view.</li>
<li>Visitors who use “incognito” or something similar will be counted always as a unique visitor because “incognito” mode does not save cookies.</li>
<li>One (1) visitor = One (1) cookie.</li>
</ul>

<p>Hit Counter Max is a simple wordpress plugin that embeds a rotating counter in your blog and shows the number of visits your website has.<br />
By default the web counter will be displayed in your footer, to change the location of the counter simply navigate to your widgets page and embed it anywhere you want in your blog.<br />
You can also change the hit counter style so it can fit with the design of your blog. Navigate to -> Settings -> Bliss Hit Counter and select your preffered style.</p>
<h4>Plugin Settings</h4>

<li>Count unique visitors – checkbox</li>
<li>Exclude ip dddresses – one per line</li>
<li>Display in footer – checkbox</li>
<li>Counter Alignment – left,center,right</li>
<li>Set hit counter to – a specified number</li>
<li>Credits – enable or disable</li>
<li>Check for updates automatically – enable or disable</li>
