<p>There are some protections available:</p>
<ul>
<li>Disable Contextual Menu: disable right mouse button click site-wide</li>
<li>Disable Text Selection: disable the ability to select text throughout the site</li>
<li>Disable Feed:<br />
disable the content feed provided by WordPress</li>
<li>Disable Iframe Embedding:<br />
prevents embedding any website URL in an Iframe</li>
<li>Protect REST API: protect the REST API for only logged in users</li>
</ul>
<p>Admin settings are available in Settings/Content Protection.</p>

<h3>Getting Started</h3>
<p>Simply generate your Google reCAPTCHA v2 site “key” and “secret” and add these to the settings.</p>
<p>Choose which forms you want it to show on, and set the theme to either dark or light.</p>
<p>A new reCAPTCHA WooCommerce field will then be displayed on your checkout, and other selected forms to protect them from spam!</p>
<h3>Localisation</h3>
<p>The language for the WooCommerce reCAPTCHA will be automatically set based on your sites default language.</p>
<h3>Is it free to use?</h3>
<p>Yes, this plugin is completely free with no paid version.</p>

nice or simple plugin


Nothing much to say here. The plugin works as advertised: prevents new registrations/logins without confirming the captcha in WooCommerce, which is all I needed from it.



Although I would have liked if reCaptcha v3 was also an option.
