<p>Is a Bootstrap 3.3.4 Glyphicon or WordPress Dashicons icon library that allow you to insert it into post/page on a shortcode and customizable size and/or color.</p>
<p><strong>Instructions for use:</strong></p>
<p>A. RAphicon Button.</p>
<ol>

<p>Edit/Add New any Page or Post.</p>

<p>In the visual editor you will see a “RAphicon” button. Click the button.</p>

<p>You will now be presented with a selection window box.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Simply select any icon and the shortcode will be placed into your post/page!</p>

<p>B. Manual Shortcode.</p>
<ul>
<li>For default glyphicon shortcode :<br />
[glyphicon type=”icon_name”]</li>
<li>For default dashicons shortcode :<br />
[dashicons type=”icon_name”]</li>
<li>And you could put size and color attribute also:<br />

<p>C. Native Style (HTML Tag).</p>
<p>Since this loads the necessary fonts and css for the Glyphicon / Dashicons you may put them anywhere using the standardized code:<br />

<p>This plugin adds Bootstrap v3 Modal functionality to WordPress.</p>
<p>It adds just the Bootstrap Javascript Plugin for Modals and associated CSS.</p>
<p>This does not bring in any other Bootstrap javascript or CSS functionality.</p>
<p>There is sample HTML mark up code in the readme.txt for a selector and modal target element.</p>
<p>Options to override the default CSS modal styling and also use a shortcode.</p>
<p>Option to disable Bootstrap JS/CSS files in case of conflict.</p>

<p>You can change the modal size by adding an extra CSS class to the <strong>.modal-dialog</strong> div;</p>

<p>for large and small respectively.</p>
<p>Since version 1.0.2 extra CSS is included to set the close button to a state similar to Bootstrap install, to override the default CSS for the close button use a CSS selector .modal-dialog .close { } in your CSS styles.</p>

I was thinking about creating a custom plugin by myself for this as I need it on my site and before started coding did a Google search and here it is just the exact script that I was thinking about.
