Gives theme developers and their users a convenient dropdown menu to preview the themes currently installed on the site as well as providing a download link for the one currently selected.
There is an options page in the admin section that allows you to:

<li>Choose which themes are available in the select menu</li>
<li>Change the label text for the select menu</li>
<li>Enable/disabled the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/" rel="ugc">Easy Digital Downloads</a> support.</li>
<li>Enable/disabled the bar globally. If disabled globally, enable on pages/posts.</li>
<li>Enable and disable the default stylesheet</li>
<li>Add custom content to the bar</li>
</ul>

Update 2024-10-28: I've adopted this plugin and taken over development.



I use this add-on for the Debug Bar plugin on personal, client, and customer sites all the time and it never fails to help me solve problems more efficiently. It's a shame that it no longer shows up in plugin search results because the tested-up-to version is out of date, but that doesn't stop me from manually installing it. Consistently reliable and gets the job done. This plugin is vital to my WordPress debugging toolbox.
