‌Best plugin for database cleaning


Now THIS guy really knows what he's doing. Fantastic UI for "Easy" and "Expert". As an expert I can easily delete loads of crud from the DB, and if I'm not sure I can even look at the value of a DB entry to find out more about it. Simply perfect. And that's all in the free version! I also recommend Jordy's companion plugin Media Cleaner highly - if you want to clean orphaned files in uploads you need the Pro version - I paid for it gladly.


Features you didn't dare dream of

Worth 5 stars without a doubt.  Efficient with an easy mode as well as an expert mode that gives you a lot of possibilities.

Haven't explored the hooks provided such as for example batch assigning unknown metas/options to plugins, but overall am happy with what I saw especially compared to other db clearner plugins out there which give you very basic cleaning functionality while all the real cleaning power site behind the paid version.
